I had a great day! I did the blog. We learned about Abraham Lincoln and George Washington. George Washington was the first president. He's on the quarter and the dollar. Abraham Lincoln is on the penny, he's the 16th president. Abraham Lincoln lived in a log cabin when he was little. We did math. We played Hiding Bears. You had 10 and we took some down and you had to figure how many we had in our hand. We had to tell the number sentence like 2+8=10. There's no school on Monday. See you on Tuesday!

You wrote a great note about the day. I think the Abe Lincoln log cabins turned out nice. Enjoy the extra long weekend, (but keep doing your homework!)
