| We got to observe pieces of wood that came from different trees and some pieces were made other ways! |

| Particleboard and plywood are made from lots of different things! |

| In math we worked with a spinner board and moved our cubes the number of spaces we spun! |

I had a great day!! We went outside for recess!! We did math. We spun on a board and then moved our cubes that many numbers. We traced curved and straight lines! I went with Mrs. Boehm during daily 5 and I went to word work. We learned about wood!! We know that wood comes from trees and we can make benches with wood. I will see you on Wednesday!!!

Looks like another fun day of Kindergarten. At home last night, Charlie said our kitchen table was made of wood, and we spent some time finding other things in the house that were also made of wood. Do you have things made from wood in your houses too? Math is fun --- and now I bet counting to 100 doesn't even seem that hard. Look at how much your class has already learned. Way to go everyone!
