Letter Dd!

Science Fun!  Learning about motion!

Designing our ramps - what does collide mean?

How far will the ball roll?
What makes the ball roll faster or slower?

Experimenting with motion outside!

What makes the ball roll better?  Can you knock down the bottle?

Collaborating on the best way to do it.

Will this slope work better?  How does the ball roll on the grass?

A balloon rocket!  What makes the rocket go?

How far will it travel?

Designing our own roller coaster!  What did we find out about motion?

Have a good weekend caterpillars, see you Monday!
From Mrs. Haas - Happy Mother's Day Moms!!!!!

I had a great day!  We had gym.  We had science.  We went outside and we had a bottle and a ball.  We tried to knock the bottle down.  We learned about motion.  For science we used ramps.  We tried to make the ball go down the ramp and then we tried to put a block in front of it and make it stop.  At the end of the day we got our book boxes out and we got our book boxes out and we read for 5 minutes!  I had the awesomest day ever!

What an amazing day! Science is so much fun. I can definitely tell Emma and all her classmates were engaged and learning. Those caterpillars are looking so big. I can't believe how tiny they started out as. Have a great weekend. I can't wait to see how your Mother's Day projects turned out.
