In the morning we learned a different thing for our our writing.  We learned how to use a hamburger!  The beginning is the top bun.  Then the lettuce is the details.  The meat is the detail and the cheese is the detail and the bottom bun is the ending of the story.  Today was pretend Cody's birthday.  His real birthday was Dec. 27.  We did daily 5 centers.  I did listen to reading.  I read Go Animals Go!  We read some books from Mrs. Haas' favorite author, Jan Brett, The Hat and The Mitten.  Bye bye snowballs!
