We went to the holiday gift shop. There were things that you could buy for presents. We are starting to learn about holidays around the world. We talked about how some people celebrate Christmas and some people don't. We flew to Israel. Some people celebrate Hanukkah and light candles. We saw pictures of different foods and same foods. For math we did roll and record, it went up to 12 because we had two dices. And there are no ones! We played teen frame too! You have to have a piece of paper with 20 squares on them. And you need two people to play. You take a pencil you have to have a circle with 11-20. You spin and you get a number and then you put that many cubes on your board. Happy December!

How great! It's so interesting to learn about how people around the world celebrate Christmas! Our family is from Puerto Rico and they celebrate Christmas the beginning of December through mid Janurary. There are a lot of great traditions that take place during that time. Keep up the good work learning and I hope you are all enjoying your holiday traditions! Hope you all had a great day!!

I love to see everyone so hard at work -- your math games sound like a lot of fun! We are getting excited for Christmas at our house too, and count down by reading Advent Verses each night at dinner. Hopefully we will have snow by then. ♥
