| We are busy exploring our shapes! |
We did a fire drill. We have to go outside quick and quiet and safe because it's important! We got to do read to self. I read Pete Loves Colors. We did the letter Nn. Nolan starts with N. We got to play outside. We got to cut out some shapes in math. We got to play with them. We made different shapes like you could use 2 rectangles to make a square. We read about Officer Buckle. His dog listened to him and did tricks behind his back. We have to bring our books that we got from the library back tomorrow. It was a fun day!

Sounds like you guys have been working very hard this week. Keep up the good work. We love to read the laminated books your class makes. It was so fun to see all of Andons classmates too. Mrs. Haas what a clever idea! We're looking forward to making a fire escape plan tonight :O) (Andon is excited to try to win a firetruck ride)

Emily and I walked through every room of the house and she pointed out two fire exits to every room. She even found two ways out of the bathroom just in case the Tolit catches fire! Also figured we need another smoke detector in the kitchen for dads cooking. Overall we had a good time together and now have a fire plan. Although our house map is not drawn to scale.
