By Katelyn

We did our journals.  We wrote about butterflies and caterpillars.  We read The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle.  We made butterfly bracelets where we had to color a big butterfly and cut it out, then Mrs. Haas put punches in it and then we but a pipe cleaner in.  We talked about how caterpillars make their cocoons.  Butterflies have symmetry.  That means that there is the same thing on each side.  A visitor came and readed us a story.  It was called Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus.  She was learning how to be a teacher.  Her name was Kaitlin too!  Mother's Day is coming soon, be nice to your moms!  Bye bye stinky shoe fly!
