Today was Groundhog Day! In Wisconsin, our groundhog Wynter didn't see his shadow so spring will come early. Phil in Pennsylvania saw his shadow so that means 6 more weeks of winter. We did our daily 5 centers. I listened to reading. I got new books! We talked about shapes like rectangular prism, cone, cube, and sphere. We made a groundhog hat! We didn't think the groundhog would see his shadow because it was cloudy. We had playtime. We had to bring our little books and our library books tomorrow. Happy Groundhog Day!

I sure hope the Wisconsin groundhog is right and spring is almost here. We had a lot of fun watching the Groundhog's Day video on the blog tonight. I hope everyone enjoys learning more about space, Isabelle said there would be a shuttle ride on Friday.
