By Katelyn

We did polar bear books.  We needed to cut out things for the polar bear to go like a cave.  You needed to get a piece of tape and some yarn and then you can put the polar bear you cut out on it.  Then you can put it in the cave.  You have to read the book to know where the polar bear should go!  It was really, really cold!  We couldn't even go outside.  So instead, we did a fun movie where we got to run and jump and march up the mountain!  We did math.  We did measuring.  We got to use the king feet and our feet.  One of the letters on the word wall was 2 real feet and 3 of my feet.  We can take them home and measure at home!  We did playtime.  I did the writing center.  Tomorrow it will also be really, really cold.  It is supposed to get really snowy tomorrow.  Don't forget your library books and little books.  It will be a short day.  Mrs. Haas says we go home at 11:35.  Mrs. Haas will miss us!  (Boo Hoo!)  Blow a kiss, jellyfish!

Carson and I just measured him and he is 3 real feet and 3 inches and is 5 of Cael's feet. I wonder how many of my feet he is? Maybe I'll have to trace my foot and find out!

Have a fun short day. Stay warm in the cold and snow!
